摘要
本文采用毛细管区带电泳分离了几种标准蛋白,研究了不同的清洗方式,不同pH的缓冲溶液等对迁移行为及分离的影响,并同时考察了迁移时间和相对迁移时间(即电泳选择性因子)与操作电压的关系。
The four standard proteins were separated by capillary zone electrophoresis. The effects of different modes of rinsing the capillary column and the pH of buffer solution on their migration behaviour and separation have been investigated. The relationship between relative migration time (or what we called 'the electrophoretic selectivity') and the applied voltage was studied.
