摘要
合成了二硫化二(N,N-1,4-亚丁基)秋兰姆,以此为载体,制备了PVC膜铜离子敏感电极。结果表明,电极对铜离子具有好的选择性和灵敏度.线性范围为8.0×10^(-7)~1.0×10^(-2)mol/L。实验发现在选定的底液条件下此电极对蛋白质亦具有较好的响应,线性范围为12.5~200mg/L。讨论了电极有关性能。
This paper describes a PVC membrane electrode based on N ,N-(l,4-butylidene)-thiuram disulfide which was newly synthesized as a neutral carrier. The electrode has the linear response toward copper ion in the concentration range of 8.0×10-7to 1.0×10-2mol/L with fair selectively. The electrode can also be used for the determination of protein in the range from 12. 5 to 200 mg/L in the background electrolyte solution containing small amount of copper ion.
