摘要
本文通过泡沫塑料对贵金属-碘化亚锡体系富集分离的条件,怀能和朵理的研究,建立了一种泡沫塑料同时富集分离微量铂,钯,铑,铱,金的新体系。实验结果表明,在1.0mol/LHCl,0.6mol/LKI和0.01mol/LSnCl2的溶液中,振荡吸附30min。各元素分配系数均在10^5以上,吸附容量(mmol/g)分别为:铂0.25,钯0.24,铑0.12,铱0.10,金0.52,回收率分别为:铂99.
A new system for the enrichment and separation of precious metals-stannous iodide complex with the polyurethane foam was investigated. The experimental results indicate that the polyurethane foam can adsorb simultaneously trace Pt, Pd, Rh, Ir and Au in the system. The distribution ratios are more than 105, the adsorption capacity (mmol/g) and the recovery are 0. 25, 0. 24, 0. 12, 0. 10, 0. 52 and 99. 2%, 98. 6%, 97. 8%, 98. 0% and 97.8% for Pt, Pd, Rh, Ir and Au, respectively. The proposed method has been used for the analysis of placer platinum, wasted catalyst and anode slime, and the analysis results agreed well with those of other methods. The mechanism of the adsorption process has been studid by kinetics method and infrared spectrometry.
