摘要
本工作建立了抗菌药物甲氧苄氨嘧啶中少量杂质的反相高效液相色谱分析方法。方法操作简便、分析快速。同时考察了有机改进剂对该药物分离的影响。
A method for the quality control of trimethoprimum by RPHPLC is established. Irreversible adsorption of basic organic compounds on brush like RPHPLC packing has been overcome by the addition of organic modifiers, such as glacial acetic acid or n-dipropylamine inthe mobile phase, and the peak shape of trimethoprimum is improved. Thus a reliable quantitative separation of impurities in trimethoprimum is achieved. The mechanism for the effect of organic modifiers on the separation has been discussed.
