摘要
通过研究β-CD与离子型体2-萘酚和质子化喹啉混合物的核磁氢谱及β-CD与分子型体和离子型体2-萘酚包结物的解离常数后,认为β-CD易包结不带电荷和带负电荷的客体,不易包结带正电荷的客体。并且认为离子型体2-萘酚以轴向方式包结在β-CD空腔内,同时与β-CD细口端的伯羟基形成氢键。
It has been thought that it is easy for β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) to include the guest with negative charge or without charge, ahd not easy to include the guest with positive charge by our studying the 1H NMR spectra of 2-naphthol in the Basic form and quinoline in the acidic form,and the dissociation constant of β-CD with 2-naphthol in the acidic or basic form. It has been thought that the inclusion of the basic form 2-naphthol within the β-CD cavity is axial and a hydrogen bond will be formed between the primary hydroxyl group on β-CD and the R'O-species
