胆红素的间接分光光度分析研究

摘要 胆红素在浓H2SO4与冰醋酸的混合酸介质中,可被H2O2氧化为稳定的绿色产物,该溶液稀释后变成深蓝色,在590nm波长处有最大吸收,其吸收值与胆红素浓度在1×10-6~2×10-5mol/L范围内成线性关系。可用于间接测定感冒通片中胆红素的含量。 In H2SO4-HAc medium, bilirubin can be oxidized to a green product by H2O2. The green product can turn to blue by diluting with water, the blue solution exhibits absorption peak at about 590nm. The absorption value is linear with bilirubin concentration over the range of 1 ×10-6 to 2 × 10-5mol/L. Therefore, a new method was developed for the determination of bilirubin. In this paper, the procedure was applied to the determination of bilirubin in chinese medicine.
