摘要
本文用Ferrocene(FC)作为黄嘌呤氧化酶与电极之间的电子传递体,通过牛血清白蛋白和戊二醛交联剂,把黄嘌呤氧化酶固定在Nafion-Fc修饰电极表面,制备成次黄嘌呤传感器。该传感器的线性范围为5.0×10-5—7.5×10-4mol/L,响应时间小于7os。
A mediated biosensor for hypoxanthine has been fabricated by using bovine serum albumin and gluturaldehyde, a cross linker, to immobilize glucose oxidase on Nation-Fo modified glassy carbon electrode, Nafion membrane can not only avoid ferrocene' s leaking away from the electrode surface but also prevent electroactive species such as ascorbate and urate from oxidizing on the electrode. The sensorresponds to hypoxanthine in less than 70s with working potential +0. 2V .nd a linear response of the sensor in the range of 5. 0 × 10-5 7. 5 × 10-4mol/L is observed. The sensor has 15-day-long lifetime.
