摘要
本文用双波长吸光度比值Ｋ系数法同时测定撒痛风注射液中水杨酸钠，咖啡因和安替比林三组分的含量，其平均回收率及变异系数分别为１０１．５％，０．４０％；９９．９９％，０．３７％；１００．０％，０．３０％。既改善了选择性，又提高了灵敏度，弥补了常规Ｋ系数法的不足。
A new method for the simultaneous detetmmation ofthree components contained in Satongfeng injection bydual wavelength absorbance ratio K-factor spectropho-tometry has been developed.The contents of sodium sal-icylate, caffeine and antipyrine contained in Satongfenginjection can be directly determined without any prelimin-ary physical or chemical separation.The average recoveri-es(%)and the relative standard deviations(%)were101.5,0.40 for sodium salicylate,99.99,0.37 forcaffeine and 100.0,0.30 for antipyrine,respectively.
