摘要
本文研究了咪唑偶氮苯酚-4-磺醚与Fe(Ⅱ)的显色反应条件,应用拟定的方法测定了菠菜、芹菜、人发、天然水中微量铁的含量,回收率在95%以上,结果令人满意。
The reaction of IAP-4S with Fe(Ⅱ)has beenstudied for the determination of iron in the biologicaland environmental samples.Beer’s law was obeyed foriron in the range of 0~50 μg/25mL. The apparentmolar absorptivity of the complex at 692nm was 1.18×10 ̄4L; mol ̄(-1).cm ̄(-1).The relative standard deviationfor nine determinations was 1%for 10 μg/25mL ofiron,The method has been applied to the determina-tion of iron in spinach,celery,human hair,naturaland well waters,and excellent results were obtained
