摘要
本文研究了人体结缔组织灰化的最优化条件,经1-苯基-3-甲基-4-个苯甲酰基-吡唑酮-[S](PMBP)萃取富集稀土后,采用2-4(-氯-2-膦酸基苯偶氦)-1,8-羟基-3,6-萘二磺酸(CPA-MA)显色反应测定了人体牙、骨及动物内脏、血液中稀土元素含量。
The samples such as human teeth and bones wereashed at 680℃ for 3h in a muffle furnace,followed bydigestion with nitric acid and perchloric acid,and pre-concentrarion of rare earth elements by using PMBPas extracting agent.The total rare earth elements inthe extraction phase are then spectrophotometricallydetermined by means of chlorophosphoazo MA asChromagenic agent.Themolar absorptivity of totalREE is 7.5~8.5×10 ̄4L/(mol·Cm).The analyticalresults are satisfactory.
