摘要
本文介绍一种新近研究的生物样品消解法──快速高压罐消解法。它具有消解样品快速的特点，消解速度与微波法相当，此法在消解原理、设备结构等方面具有独自的特点。经过可靠性、适应性、安全性和条件选择等系统试验，证明此法可行。将对快速消解生物类样品提供一种新方法。
n this paper a new method for rapidly digestingbiological samples with high-pressure vessel is report-ed.Its digesting speed for samples is similar to that bymicrowave. This method is characterized by its deges-tion mechanism and structure of the vessel.It hasbeen experimentally proved to be practical,reliable,suitable and safe.
