摘要
本文研究了在碱性介质中,钴(Ⅱ)对过氧化氢氧化邻氯苯基荧光酮(OCPF)褪色反应,建立了催化光度法测定痕量钴的新方法。其检出限为8.2pg/mL,在0~3.5ng/mL范围内,钴(Ⅱ)与log(A_0/A)有良好线性关系。该指示反应灵敏度高选择性好,应用于维生素B_(12)和污水中钴的测定获得满意结果。
Inabasic medium,traceCo(Ⅱ)can catalyze thediscolouring oxidization of o-chlorophenylfluorone(OCPF)by hydrogen peroxide.In the range of 0 to3.5ng/mL of Co(Ⅱ),a good linear relation exists be-tween the concentration of Co(Ⅱ)and lg( A_0/A).The limit of detection is 8.2× 10 ̄(-12)g/mL. Vitamin Cis used to stop the action,thus a new method to deter-mine trace Co(Ⅱ)by spectrophotometry is estab-lished. The interference of more than 20 common ionshas been examined.This method was used in the de-termination of trace Co(Ⅱ)in VB_(12) and filth waterwith satisfactory results.
