CO hydrogenation catalyzed by supported bimetallic cluster catalyst in a heterogeneous system has been studied for the effect of reaction temperature,pressure.space velocity,reaction time and support,as well as different positive ions in the bimetallic cluster precursor.The results showed that the [KCoFe_3· Al_2O_3] catalyst exhibited high CO conversion and high selectivity to the light hydrocarbons( C_2-C_4),while the[KCoFe_3 ·SiO_2] catalyst demonstrated higher selectivity to the light olefins (C2=-C4=).Under the reaction conditions of 260℃-320℃,1200 h-1,1 MPa,H2/CO=1,it was favourable for CO conversion and formation of light hydrocarbons. The potassium promotion effect was observed.
