摘要
针对动力转向机阀套形状复杂,精度及物理、力学等综合性能要求高等特点,选用Fe-Ni-Cu-C系材料,采用组合烧结、渗铜、热处理、冷处理等特殊工艺生产的动力转向机阀套具有稳定的金相组织、较高的硬度、良好的防泄漏性能以及高的尺寸精度和长期使用尺寸稳定性好等特性。
With its features of high demands for the combination properties involving complicated shape, accuracy, physical and mechancal properties,etc. the valve sleeve in power steering-gear made by selected Fe-Ni-C-Cu system of materials and adopting combining sintering, copper infiltration, heat and cold treatment, etc. has stabilized metallographic structure, higher hardness, superior leakproof,close accuracy and size stabilization during long term performance.
