摘要
本文研究了重核裂变产物147 ̄pm对小鼠中枢和外周免疫细胞的辐射损伤,以及外源性白细胞介素-1(rIL-1)和外源性白细胞介素-2(rIL-2)对机体的防护作用。结果表明,内污染147 ̄Pm后,可明显抑制中枢免疫器官骨髓细胞和胸腺细胞及外周免疫器官脾脏B淋巴细胞的DNA合成,细胞增殖受到抑制;rIL-1和rIL-2对147 ̄Pm抑制上述细胞中DNA合成具有完全或部分的保护作用。
The purpose of the present study is to ascertain the injury effects on central andperipharal immune cells by fission product of heavy nucleus,147 ̄Pm and the radioprotective ef-fect of lymphokines,rIL-1 and rIL-2,on 147 ̄Pm-irradiated immune cells,Experimental resultsshow that internal contamination of 147 ̄Pm could injure the proliferation of central and periph-eral immune cells. At 2nd day after 147 ̄Pm irradiation,the proliferation of bone marrow cells,thymus cells as well as spleen B lymphocytes was inhibited. While the 3 ̄H-TdR incorporationwas depressed,it should be noted that the injury effects of 147 ̄Pm on proliferation of centraland peripheral immune cells was perfectly or partially restored by rIL-1 or rIL-2.Both rIL-1and rIL-2 showed radioprotective effect on central and peripheral immune cells irradiated by147 ̄Pm.
