生物废物灰化后灰分的水泥固化 被引量:2

摘要 本文报道了生物废物灰化后灰分的性质及其水泥固化配方的研究结果,给出了以大同525 ̄#普通硅酸盐水泥为固化基材的固化工艺相图、最佳固化配方以及灰分水泥固化体性能的测试结果。实验结果表明,灰分水泥固化的最佳配方为:水泥,35%(wt)土5%(wt);水,29%(wt)土2%(wt);灰分,36%(wt)土6%(wt)。所得水泥固化体密实均匀,容重为1.78g/cm ̄3,抗压强度不小于7.7MPa; ̄(134)Cs和 ̄(85)Sr第42天的浸出率分别为2.5×10 ̄(-4)和9.0×10 ̄(-4)cm/d。固化体的性能除抗冲击性外,其他都能满足国家有关规定的要求。灰分固化后的减容系数为1.6。 This report describes the ash properties and the results of formulation study forash immobilization with cement.The immobilization matrix was Datong 525 ̄# Ordinary Port-land Cement.The ternary diagram of cement-ash- water systern and an optimum formulationare presented.Properties of cemented waste forms were examined including compressivestrength,leachability,maximum center temperature,porosity,water immersion, resistance tothermal shock,impact and fire. The optimum formulation of cemented waste form was 35%(wt)士5%(wt)of cement,29%(wt) 2%(wt)of water and 36%(wt)±6%(wt)of ash. The cemented waste forms were homogeneous and dense. Its density was 1.78 g /cm ̄3,com- pressive strength was≥7.7 MPa,on the 42nd day,the leaching rate of  ̄(134)Cs and  ̄(85)Sr was 2.5×10 ̄(-4) and 9.0× 10 ̄(-4)cm/d respectively.The performance of waste form were in compliancewith regulatory requirements except for impact resistance.The ratio of volume reduction was about 1.6 for ash immobilization with cement.
