摘要
用多种表面分析手段对硫-磷型双曲线齿轮油在低速高扭矩双曲线齿轮后桥台架试验后小齿轮的啮合表面进行分析研究.结果表明,表面生成富硫的反应膜时,该油不能通过低速高扭矩台架试验,试验后齿轮磨损大,油中含铁量大于1000ppm。若齿轮啮合表面生成含五价磷的富磷、富氮的反应膜时,表面比较光洁,摩擦系数低,可以通过低速高扭矩双曲线齿轮后桥台架试验,齿轮磨损小,油中含铁量少于300ppm.若齿轮啮合表面生成含有多种结构磷化物的富磷膜,或者油品的粘度指数低时,该油不能通过台架试验,油中含铁量大于300ppm.
The surface reaction films formed on pinions by sulfur-phosphorus containing hypoid gear oils after low speed-high load axle bench test were analyzed. The results show that, if the formed reaction film is rich in sulfur, the oil will fail in the test and the wear of gears is large with an iron content in oil greater than 1000 ppm. If the reaction film is rich in phosphoric and nitrogen, the oil will pass the test since the surface is smooth and the friction coefficient is low, and the wear of gear is small, while the iron content in oil is smaller than 300 ppm. When surface reaction film containing phosphorus compound of multiple structures is formed or the viscosity index of oil is low, the oil will not pass the test and the iron content can be greater than 300ppm.
