甲硝唑氨酸钠(CMNa)对小鼠肿瘤分次照射的增敏作用 被引量:4

RADIOSENSITIZING EFFECT OF METRONIDAZOL AMINO ACIDUM NATRICUM (CMNa) ON FRACTIONATED IRRADIATION IN TUMORBEARING MICE IN VIVO

摘要 荷Lewis肺癌和EMTG乳腺癌小鼠肿瘤局部进行分次照射,实验组加用CMNa或metroni-dazole处理。结果表明,单独分次照射表现出一定的治疗效果。加用CMNa后肿瘤相对增长速度明显减慢,肿瘤抑制率和肿瘤生长延迟天数明显增加,表现出明显的放射增敏作用。 Lewis (lung cancer)-bearing C57BL/6 mice and EMT 6 (a mouse mammary carcinoma) -bearing BALB/c mice were fractionally irradiated (8 Gy Per time twice a week, total absorbed dose 64 Gy). In experimental groups radiotherapy protocol was combined with CMNa (0. 1, 1 .0 mmol/kg) or metro nidazolc (0 .1mmol/kg). The results showed that, comparing with the untreated tumor, the therapeutic efficacy was observed when tumor was treated with fractionated irradiation and the relative tumor volume was reduced. For EMT 6 tumor metronidazole had some radiosensitizing effect (Fig.2), relative tumor volume was more reduced comparing with radiation alone group. and for Lewis lung cancer there was no radiosensitizing effect was observed. When CMNa was combined, the radiosensitizing effect was obviously enhanced for both tumor models. At the same dosage (0 .1 mmol/kg). the radiosensitization of CMNa was higher than that of metronidazole.
