摘要 正常人外周血单个核细胞(PBNCs)体外经1-6Gyγ射线照射,照射后不同时间,H3-TdR释放法测NK细胞活性,免疫细胞化学法计数CD57阳性NK细胞数。发现在2Gy照射剂量范围NK活性基本不变,增大照射剂量活性逐渐下降。NK细胞活性亦随照射后时间而变化,照射后12h活性最低,随后逐渐恢复,恢复程度与受照射剂量有关.实验照射剂量范围,NK细胞数量改变不明显。rIL-2刺激受照NK细胞可显著增强活力。 Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from normal persons were irradiated by 1-6 Gyγ-rays in vitro. NK activity was determined by means of 3HTdR releasing and CD57 positive cells were counted by means of immunocytochemistry,respectively. The results showed that NK cell activity changed unobviously whathin 2 Gy irradiation dose and dropped gradually with increasing irradiation dose and was distinguished lower than that of control when irradiation dose increased to 6 Gy. NK cell activity changed with time and was lowest at 12 hours after irradiation, then it restored gradually. The restoring level of NK cell activity was related to irradiation dose. The number of NK cell had little change till 6 Gy irradiation. The activity of NK cell increased significantly when irradiated cells were stimulated with IL-2.
