催化剂中低温铝基尖晶石固溶体测定方法研究

摘要 本文提供了一个用氧化镍作内标样,用X射线衍射仪测定催化剂中铝基尖晶石固溶体晶胞参数的方法。被测样选440衍射线,内标样选220衍射线.衍射线位置采用测量峰值或接近峰值处弦的中点的方法确定.晶胞参数的精确度可以达到±0.002 A.由晶胞参数与Me^(+2)/Al^(+3)、Me^(+2)的位置分布、制备因素及催化活性之间的关联可见本方法在催化剂研制工作中具有实际意义. A method for measuring lattice parameters of alumina based spinel solid solution in catalysts by X-ray diffraction was established, in which nickel oxide was chosen as an internal standard. The 440 diffraction line was selected for samples measured and the 220 diffraction line for internal sample. The peak (2θ) or the midpoint of hypotenuse near the peak was used for the measurement of diffraction line position. The precision of the measured lattice parameter is in the order of±0.002 A.As shown by the relationships between lattice parameters and Me^(+2)/Al^(+3), Me^(+2) position distribution,preparation factors and catalytic activity, this method could be significant in catalyst investigation,
