摘要
在大量实验基础上发现了广泛的Y型沸石液相成核区,并且研究了不同温度条件下Y型沸石液相成核区的变化,考察了反应体系中[Al_2O_3]、[Na_2O]、[SiO_2]以及温度等因素对Y 型沸石液相成核速度的影响,求得了典型体系的Y 型沸石液相成核表观活化能,发现了高温长效NaY 沸石导向剂.
wide regions of liquid phase nucleation of Y zeolite were found by exten-sive experimental works.The changs of regions were studied under differenttemperatures.Effects of [Al_2O_3],[SiO_2] and [Na_2O] in reaction system on therate of liquid phase nucleation of Y zeolite were also investigated.The appar-ent activation energy for liquid phase nucleation of Y zeolite of typical systemwas obtained.A directing agent with high stability and activity at roomtemperature for Y zeolite synthesis was discovered.
