摘要
用中、小型加氢装置进行了胜利减压柴油(VGO)缓和加氢裂化(MHC)试验,<350℃产品进行规格分析,>350℃尾油(即MHC-VGO)在模拟工业管式裂解炉上进行蒸汽裂解,考察了不同转化率MHC-VGO 的裂解性能,测定其产物分布,并对其结焦趋势做了对流段炉管结焦模拟试验.主要结果是:经MHC 的胜利VGO,可生产一部分石脑油和轻柴油,其尾油是优质的裂解原料,乙烯产率比胜利VGO 直接裂解提高5~8%,三烯增加10%左右,高于胜利石脑油、轻柴油的裂解产率.MHC-VGO 结焦趋势低于胜利轻柴油,解决了VGO 直接裂解乙烯产率低和炉管结焦影响正常运转周期的困难。
Mild hydrocracking (NIHC) tests of Shengli vacuum gas oil (VGO) weremade on bench scale units and pilot plants of different scales.<350℃ frac-tions of the products were evaluated as catalytic reformer feed and diesel fueland the >350℃ bottom (MHC-VGO) was studied on its light olefin yields ina steamcracking system simulating the performance of commercial units.Theproduct yields,steamcracking performance and coking tendency of MHC-VGOwere evaluated at different conversion rates.It was shown that by MHC ofShengli VGO,some high-quality naphtha and diesel fuel can be produced.The tail fraction is an excellent feedstock for steamcracking with an ethyleneand light olefin yields being 6-8% and about 10% higher respectively thanthose of the straight run VGO.They are even higher than those of Shenglinaphtha and AGO.The coke deposition in the convection tubes of the crackingfurnace for MHC-VGO is much less than that for Shengli VGO,and even lessthan those for Shengli AGO and an AGO being regularly used on commercialsteamcrackers.
