摘要
本文将扩散模型与多级返流模型用于描述液液两相逆流传质分离过程.采用两相稳态浓度剖面法或传递组分动态响应法拟合求取模型参数.计算方法可分别采用三参数方法或单参数法(理想浓度剖面方法).两种模型和不同的模型参数估值方法可适用于不同的过程特点及需要.对模型参数估值方法的稳定性进行了分析和讨论.
Both dispersion and back-flow models were adopted in this work to describe
countercurrent liquid-liquid separation processes with axial mixing.Parameters
in models were estimated from either steady state solute concentration profiles
along the columns or dynamic solute concentration response of raffinate.Com-
putation algorithm can be multi-variable simulation(the method of simul-
taneous determination of consistent values of mass transfer and axial mixing
parameters)or mono-variable simulation(the method of variable substitution
with ideal concentration profiles).Two kinds of model and different parameter
evaluation methods can be applied for different processes or circumstances.The
reliability of the parameter estimation was tested with satisfaction.
