摘要
本文通过小型催化裂化试验装置研究了大庆减压蜡油在Y-15分子筛催化剂上催化裂化的表观动力学。用佛罗斯特公式处理试验数据的结果表明,在提升管反虚装置中大庆减压蜡油的裂解反应是一级自阻反应。由实测得的反应级数、活化能以及自阻系数等动力学参数均与文献值相同。
The apparent kinetics of catalytic cracking of Daqing vacuum gas oil(VGO)
on Y-15 zeolite catalyst was investigated with a laboratory catalytic cracking
unit.The data were treated with Frost equation.The results showed that
the cracking reaction of Daqing VGO is a first order self-resistive reaction.
The reaction order,activation energy and coefficient of selfresistive reaction
thus obtained are identical with those in literatures.
