Analysis on a Phenomena of Light Refraction by a Cylindrical Surface

本文从几何光学的角度，分析了装有液体水的玻璃杯中的细棒因柱面光折射偏折，并在介质分界面处相互错开的现象。

A small bar in a glass cup with water becomes inclined to one side in the water and two parts of the bar (one in the water and the other in the air)displace with each other on the water surface because of refraction by the cylindrical surface.This phenomena is discussed based on geometrical optics in this paper.
