摘要 本文阐述了“主副项制”体育课程改革的理论依据、内容安排、授课方式、教学管理、体育成绩考核等。实践表明:“主副项制”发挥了教学双方的能动性,提高了教学质量;促进了体育课成绩评定和管理的完善;能动地将间接需要转化为终身锻炼之行,推动了群众体育活动的开展,培养了从师能力;促进了体育课程教学与《锻标》达标协调并进, This essay deals with the theoretical basis of the primary and secondary items system in P.E,the content arrangements,the teaching methods,the teaching administratron,the evaluation of P.E.tests and so on and so forth in the implementation of this reform.The practice proves that this primary and secondary items system can bring the dynamic role of both teachers and students into full play,improve the quality of teaching in P.H, help evaluat P.H.tests and perfect the teaching administration,turn effectively the students indirect requirement of their lifelong training,give an impetus to the development of the mass training, foster the ability of teachers and students,and make beth P.H and excercises up to the mark advance harmoniously.
