马尾松芽苗截根移栽菌根化容器育苗研究 被引量:11

A Study on the Cultivation of the Masson Pine Seedlings in Containers by Inoculating Bacteriorhizae Fungus through Roots for Rootprunned Bud-Seedling Transplantation

摘要 在福建省建宁县林业苗圃进行的马尾松芽苗截根移栽菌根化容器育苗试验研究结果表明:能明显抑制主根生长、促进侧须根发达、提高菌根化率、形成旺盛根团,达到培育马尾松优质壮苗的目的.芽苗截根移栽人工接种苗根真菌培育的马尾松容器苗与种子接菌、幼苗接菌培育的差异十分显著,苗高增加14%~20%、主根缩短40%、地径增大10%、侧须根增多100%~147%、侧根鲜重提高60%~71%、侧根菌根化率高29%~42%、苗木菌根化率大9%~17%、人工接种菌根指数提高15%~29%.同时与芽苗截根移栽不接菌对照的也存在显著差异,苗高增加6.2%、地经增大9%、侧根数增多51.7%、侧根鲜重增加26.3%、侧根菌根化率提高3.2倍. The successful trial growing of masson pine seedlings in containers by inocula ting bacteriorhizae fungus through roots at Jianning County Forestry Nursery, Fujian,showed that the seedlings raised in this way are the best for the root-prunned bud-seedlings'transplantation,and that,compared with the seed or seedling inoculating way, it has an increase of 14%-20% in seedling height, 10% in diameter at ground level, 100%- 147% in lateral root number, 60%-71 % in lateral root fresh weight, 29%-42% in lateral root bacteriorhizae ratio, 9 %-17 % in seedling bacteriorhizae ratio,and 15 % -29 % in bacteriorhizae inoculating index;and a reduce of 40% in axial root length;while compared with uninoculated check,the increase is 6. 2% in seedling height, 9% in diameter at ground level, 57.1 % in lateral root number,26. 3% in lateral root fresh weight,and 3. 2 times in lateral root bacteriorhizae ratio.
