摘要 试验对6年生黑荆木材硫酸盐法制浆工艺进行正交试验,得出最佳制浆工艺为:用碱量15%,硫化度20%,最高温度165℃,保温时间120min,细浆得率51.61%,硬度12.08K值,黑液残碱4.70g/L,纸浆纤维平均长度0.845μm,平均纤维宽度15.84μm,长宽比为53.33,接近黑荆木材的纤维形态;利用该纸浆手工抄纸,定量为5.86g/m2,纸张拉力为3.34kg,裂断长度为3842m,表明黑荆木材适宜作为造纸的原料。 The orthogonal experiment was performed for the pulping technology of 6- year- old Acaciamearnsii timber by adopting the sulfate process and the optimal pulping technology was ob- tained which was as follows :the alkali amount used was 15%,the vulcanization degree was 20%,the highest temperature was 165℃,the retention temperature time was 120 minutes,the fine pulp obtainment rate was 51.61%,the hardness was 12.08K value and the residual alkalis of black liquor were 4.70g/L.The average length of pulp fibre was 0.845mm,the average width of fibre was 15.84μm and the ratio of length to width was 53.33,which were close to the fibre morpholo- gy of A. mearnsii timber.The fixed quantity was 5.86g/m2 , the pulp tensile force was 3.34kg and the breaking length was 3842m by utilizing the present pulp to manually manufacture paper,which indicated that A.mearnsii timber was suitable as the papermaking material.
