对中密度纤维板弹性模量测定方法的探讨

An Approach to the Test Method for Elastic Modulus of Medium Density Fibreboard

本文测试并分析了中密度纤维板的弯曲载荷变形情况。试验结果表明：中密度纤维板弯曲载荷变形曲线的比例阶段基本在最大载荷的１／３或１／２之内，而影响弹性模量的主要因素是比例极限内的斜率。同时对弹性模量的测试方法提出建议。

In this paper,the bending load-deformation of medium density fibreboard was tested and analysed.The experimental results indicated that the proportional stage of bending load-defor-mation curve of medium density fibreboard was basically within l/3 or l/2 of the maximum load while the main factor affecting elastic modulus was the slope within proportional limits.Meanwhile several suggestions on the test method for elastic modulus were put forward。
