发电机定子铁心卷绕成形中动盘与带料相对滑移机理的力学分析 被引量:3

摘要 在发动机定子铁心卷绕加工的过程中,消除驱动销与带料齿相干涉的方法是基于动盘与带料之间存在着相对滑移的现象.本文从力学分析入手.证明这种滑移现象的必然性,并说明它与动盘对带料的侧向压力无关,建议在卷绕成形机的设计中取消侧压装置,以使机构更加简化、紧凑. Ways to elimenate the interference between dnwing pins and slots on the metal strip,which occurs when stator cores of direct current dynamos are coiled,are base on the phenomenon of the sliding between the driwing plate and the metal strip.This article proves that the sliding is inevitable and has nothing to do with the side pressure from the driving plate to the metal strip.The authors point out that without the side pressing device,a machine for coiling and shaping the cores will be simplaer and compacter.
