丽佳雏鸭传染性浆膜炎的诊疗报告

Case Report on Infectious Serositis in Legarth Ducks

１９９２年１０月底，泉州市郊两个养鸭户的两批丽佳雏鸭相继于１５日龄左右发生一种以萎顿、软脚、眼界有分泌物、下痢和摇头、角弓反张等神经症状为特征的疫病．根据临诊和病理学检查和病原学检验，分离出一株血清Ⅰ型鸭疫巴氏杆菌，确诊为鸭传染性浆膜炎．为国内另一鸭品种发生本病的首次报道．

An infectious disease, characterized by depression, leg weakness, ocular and nasal discharges,dearthea, tremors of the head and neck, oprithotonus and other nervous manisfestations, successively cocured in two Legarth duck flocks owned by two households in the suburbs of Quanzhou in October, 1992.Affected ducks were around two weeks of age. Based on the clinicial and pathological examinations as well as the etiological studies, a strain of pasteurella anatipestifer with serotype Ⅰ was isolated and identified. Thus,a diagnosis of infectious serositis in legarth ducklings was confirmed. This is the frist case report in our country on this disease that occured in Legarth ducks, which was imported from demark not long ago.
