赤霉素及矿质元素对茶树活性氧代谢、质膜功能和化学品质的效应 被引量:7

摘要 选用毛蟹、福鼎大白茶和黄旦3个品种的茶树为试材,赤霉素及矿质元素混合液喷洒茶树冠面.结果表明:赤霉素及矿质元素混合液对调节茶树生理生化代谢机能起着重要作用.赤霉素及矿质元素混合液能增强茶树SOD、CAT和POD的活性,减缓膜脂过氧化,降低MDA的积累,维护膜系统的完整性,增强主动运输的功能,提高抗坏血酸氧化酶和多酚氧化酶活性,降低ATP酶的活性,略降低嫩叶叶绿素含量,增强茶叶的持嫩性和抗性,提高蛋白酶的水解活性,提高水浸出物、氨基酸、还原糖、蛋白质和儿茶素的含量,为提高茶叶的鲜叶品质奠定了基础. cultivars of tea, 'Mao Xie' , 'Fuding Dabai Cha' and 'Huang Dan' , were collected in the cxperiment, and the solution of gibberellins and mineral elements was sprayed upon tea tree. The results indicated that gibberellins and mineral elements played an important role in regulating the physiological and biochemical functions of tea tree. With gibberellins and mineral elemcnts, activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidase were all cnhanced, the content of malonaldehyde was reduced,the function of membrance system was cnhanced and maintained. It showed that the function of cell anti-autoxidation system of tea was greatly improved.Meanwhile,the activities of ascorbic acid oxidase and polyphenol oxidase were inereased and the activity of ATPase was reduced.The contcnt of chlorophyll in fresh leaves was decreased. The resistance to cnvironmental stress was strengthened and the tenderness was longer kept. The activity of proteinase was inereased and contents of amino aeid, protein, reducing sugar and catechin were increased, which laid the foundations for improving the quality of fresh leaves.
