摘要 研究了对苯二酚(QH2)抑制脲酶催化尿素水解反应及其动力学条件.并以尿素与对-二甲基氨基苯甲醛显色反应为指示反应,建立了动力学光度法测定脲酶催化抑制剂QH2的新方法.其灵敏度为4.0×10-10μg/mL,测定范围为0-0.12μg/mL,操作简便、快速.该法用于测定乙醇溶液中微量的QH2,获得满意结果. Trace urease-inhibitor hydroquinone (QH2) can inhibit urea enzymatic hydrolytic reaction, and its kinetic condition is proposed. A new method for the direct determination of trace hydroquinone is obtained by urea and P-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde devoloping action spectrophotomety. The sensitivity of the method is 4.0×10-10μg/mL, the range of determination is 0-0.12 μg/mL for hydroquinone. The method was simple and rapid,and was applied to the determination of trace hydroquinone in high purity alcohol with satisfactory results.
