生长调节剂、酚类化合物和多胺对胡桃组织培养生根的影响 被引量:15

摘要 采用来自胡桃子叶外植体的芽苗,利用DKW培养基作基本培养基,在不同培养阶段添加不同种类的生长调节剂或配合使用酚类化合物和多胺,研究上述物质对胡桃组培中诱导生根作用的影响.结果表明:在诱导生根过程中.IBA比NAA作用更为显著;BA对生根有抑制作用.对香豆酸、香草酸抑制生根;槲皮酮、芦丁促进生根,并与IBA有相加效应,槲皮酮和IBA配合的生根率最高,达81%.腐胺、亚精胺和精胺有利于生根,并与IBA有协同效应,其中精胺和IBA配合明显促进生根,生根率达69%. The shoots for the experiment came from cotyledon explants of walnut, and grew on a basal DKW medium supplemented with various combination of plant growth regulators, phenolic compounds and polyamines in different cultural phases. The effects of the above substances on root induction were studied.The results showed that IBA was more effective than NAA. BA inhibited rooting. p-coumaric and vanillic acid also inhibited rooting. On the contrary, quercetin and rutin promoted rooting and gained additive effect with IBA. Treatment of IBA with quercetin produced the top rooting rate (81%). Putrescine, spermidine and spermine favor rooting and had synergistic action with IBA treatment.IBA treated with spermine obviously promoted rooting rate (69%).
