摘要 对6JCF-45B型和6JCFD-55型菌草粉碎机的粉碎室进行分隔,建立各种不同形状和容积的粉碎室后对粉碎机进行基本性能测试.结果表明,水滴形粉碎室优于圆形粉碎室,双水滴形(M形)粉碎室优于单水滴形粉碎室.试验还揭示了缓冲空间概念.即在一定限度内,缓冲空间大的优于缓冲空间小的. By dividing the grinding chambers of the 6 JCF-45 B type and the 6 JCFD-55 type grinder into several grinding chambers with different capacities, the basic capabilities were tested. The results showed as follows: (1) The drop-grinding chamber was superior to the circle-grinding chamber. (2) The dual drop-grinding (M-shape) chamber was superior to the single one. (3) A new concept was settled up, which was the bigger buffer-space, the better within some degree.
