体育系学生体操教学能力综合评价的研究

Research on Synthetic Evaluation of Gymnastic Teaching Ability of Students in Physical Education Department

根据体育教学能力的基本结构，以及体操课程的任务和特点，运用专家调查法，制定了体操教学能力综合评价表。将该综合评价表在学生中进行了两轮的试用，证实了该评价表用于能力考核的有效性和实用性。文中也指出了在运用中应当注意的事项。

This article establishes a scientific form on how to evaluate gymnastic teaching ability by means of expert investigation,on basis of the basic structure of gymnastic teaching ability and tasks and characteristics of gymnastic course.This form was put on trial twice and own success,which verifies its effectiveness and practicality in testing teaching ability.In the meanwhile,the article points out some matters needing attention in its application.
