推拿手法治疗颈椎病80例临床体会

Massage Manipulation in The Treatment of Cervical Spondlopathy:Clinical Observation of 80 Cases

推拿手法治疗颈椎病有放松肌肉，解除痉挛，改善局部血液循环，促进水肿及炎症的吸收；增宽椎间隙，减少神经根的压迫；纠正因颈椎病而致的后关节偏移和其它失常的解剖位置的作用。它不但疗效好，而且可以避免一些患者对内服药的不良反应。本组８０例患者，经治疗后痊愈６６例，好转１２例，稍差２例。

The massage manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondlopathy(GS)had the functions of relaxing muscles,relieving spasm,improving local blood circulation,promoting the absorption of hydrops and inflammation,widening intervertebral space,reducing the compression of nerve root,and correting the shift and abnormal anatomical position of joint cause by CS.The effect was good and the adverse reactions of oral drugs could be avoided.In 80 cases,after treatment,66 cases were cured,12 cases were obviously improved and 2 cases improved.
