Clinical Report on Massage for Disturbance of Small Joint in Thoracic Vertebra

推拿治疗的目的是纠正小关节移位，解除滑膜嵌顿从而恢复脊柱的正常生理功能，相应的神经、肌肉的刺激症状也就随之消失。本组７０例，经治疗痊愈４５例、显效２０例、好转５例。总有效率１００％。推拿对本病有独到之处，急性者手法操作妥当一般１～２次即痊愈。

The aim of massage for disturbance of small joint in thoracic vertebra is to correct the displacement of small joint,relieve the synovium incarceration and help the functional recovery of the spine.The related stimulating symptoms of nerves and muscles disappeared.In 70 cases,45 cases were cured,20 cases were obviously effective and 5 cases were improved.The total effective rate was 100%.So massage is good for this disease.The acute cases could be cured in 1-2 times by the manipulation.
