原发性三叉神经痛治验

Experience on The Treatment of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

原发性三叉神经痛是一种原因未明的面部三叉神经分布区内反复发作的、短暂的、阵发性剧痛。目前缺乏特效疗法，即使神经切断术往往还会复发或出现副作用。笔者采用针药并治９５例，痊愈６１例，占６４．２１％；显效３０例，占３１．５８％；好转４例，占４．２１％；复发２例，占２．１１％。

The primary trigeminal neuralgia is one of the idiopathic diseases which has the recurrent,transient,and paroxysmal megalgia in the trigeminal distribution region.There is not any specific therapy except for neurotomy whicn often causes the relapse of the disease and some side effects.In this article,the combination of acupuncture and drugs was used in the treatment of 95 cases.61 cases were cured(64.21% )while 30 cases were obviously improved(31.58%),4 cases were improved(4.21%)and 2 cases were recurrent(2.11%).
