附子理中汤加味治疗复发性口疮30例

Jiawei Fuzi Lizhongtang for Recurrent Aphtha:Treatment of 30 Cases

复发性口疮由脾胃虚寒，虚火上浮所致者，临床并非少见。笔者采用温中散寒，厚土敛火法，以附子理中汤加味治疗复发性口疮３０例，显效１２例，占４０％；好转１６例，占５３．３％，总有效率９３．３％。本病应重视整体辨治，勿囿于＂心脾积热＂、＂阴虚火炎＂而滥施泻火滋阴之剂，以免戕伐脾胃阳气，使病情缠绵难愈。

The recurrent aphtha caused by flaring-up of deficient fire due to deficient cold of spleen and stomach is very common. In this article,the method for warming middlejiao to dispel cold and reinforcing spleen to astring fire with Jiawei Fuzi Lizhongtang(Modified Aconite Decoction for Regulating Function of Middle-jiao)was used to treat 30 cases of recurrent aphtha. 12 cases were obviously effective(40%),16 cases were improved(53.3%).The total effective rate was 93.3%.Therefore,in the treatment of this disease,the attention should be paied to the wholistic differentation rather than be rigidly adhere to the syndromes of stagnated heat of heart and spleen or hyperactivity of fire due to Yin deficiency with the treatment of purging fire and nourishing Yin,for preventing the spleen Yang-qi from being damaged and from the persistence of the disease.
