摘要
"疲劳"是训练和竞赛的大敌。它的产生与运动员机体内外环境稳定性失调有关。应通过提高生理机能适应能力,延缓疲劳的产生;优化形态,解剖结构,提高抗疲劳能力;协调神经心理适应能力,防止疲劳加剧和深化;改善营养比例,优化机体合理供能等措施,以提高运动员的"训练适应"能力,使"疲劳"延缓产生,并能迅速恢复,从而提高训练、竞赛质量,达到不断创造优异成绩的目的。
Fatigue is a mortal enemy in training and competition, whose happening is relative to athletes'ailment. The measures being adopted to enhance training and competitive level and get excellent sports achievements may be as follows: deve1oping physiological adaptation to delay the happening of fatigue; improving athletes' appearance to strengthen anti-fatigue abilities;coordinating nervous psychological fitness to stop the deepening of fatigue; having a better nutrition proportion to improve athletes' training aptitude and quick restoration.
