摘要
表象训练是近代发展的一种训练手段,是一种科学的训练方法在体育运动中的运用,它对提高运动水平和技能形成具有重要意义。主要从运动训练、体育教学两方面来论证,肯定了表象训练在运动中的实用价值及其依赖的条件。
In this paper,the author makes a relatively comprehensive analysis of the start of imagery training,its scientific theorectical basis and its application.Imagery training is a training method of recent development and a sci entific one applied to sports.It plays an important role in the improvement of performance and formation of skills.Ths paper expounds,mainly from sports training and teaching and learning in physical Education,the practical value of imagery training in sports as well as the conditons on which imagery training depends.
