生化多态性在畜禽育种中应用的研究

Study on Biochemical Polymorphism Use in Animal and Fowl Breeding

本文对３４１头猪和１０８头鸡的血清血红素结合蛋白（ＨＰ），转铁蛋白（Ｔｆ），淀粉酶（Ａｍ），进行淀粉胶电泳测定；对不同品种猪和鸡的生产性能作观察。通过生化指标和生产性能的相关分析，发现两者之间确有一定的关系。长福母猪ＨＰ与初生窝重，红布罗肉鸡Ｔｆ与２个月龄体重之间的方差分析结果Ｆ值均大于０．０５。

Sero-hemoprotein(HP), Transferring(Tf) and Amylase(Am)from 314 heads of pigs and 108 heads of chicken were determined by starch gel electrophoresis. The production performance of pigs and chicken in varleties weirs observed, and biocbemical index,and production performance wera comparatively analysed and found that there are certain relation between them.Yariance analysis shows that between Landrace x Fuzhoublack sow's HP and the birth litter weight, Redbro's Tf and its at two months of age's body weight F>F0.05.
