超声心动图对夹层动脉瘤的诊断价值

Diagnosis or Dissecting Aneurysm by Echocardiography

应用二维及彩色多普勒超声心动图观察１２例夹层动脉瘤的解剖及血流动力学变化，提出夹层动脉瘤的超声诊断应包括解剖、血流动力学及并发症诊断。

Then anatomic and flow changes in 12 patients with aortic dissection were detected by two-dimensional echocardiography and color -coded flow imaging.The results show that echocardiography is able to detect the anatomic changes,flow variations and complications in the patients with aortic dissection.
