股前外侧逆行皮瓣的应用解剖学

Applied Anatomy of Reversed Anterio Lateral Skin Flap of the Thigh

在３０侧成人尸体下肢标本上，解剖观测膝上外动脉、旋股外侧动脉降支和股外侧肌动脉的来源、行程、分支分布及其吻合。上述动脉间存有２．４（１～４）支的吻合支，外径为０．６±０．２ｍｍ。吻合有两种类型：（１）直接吻合（占９０．０％）；（２）桥接吻合（占１０．０％）。从解剖学角度证实，股前外侧皮瓣逆行转位修复膝周软组织缺损是可行的。

The origin,course,branches and anastomosis of lateral superior genicular artery,as well as the descending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery were observed on the lower limbs of 30 adult cadavers.There are 2.4(1～4)anastomosis branches between these arteries mentioned above. Outer diameter of the anastomosis branches is 0.6±0.2 mm.There are two classes of anastomosis:(1)Direct anastomosis is 90.0%,(2)Bridging anastomosis is 10.0%.According to the results reversed anterior lateral skin flap of the thigh may be used to repair the skin defect around the knee joint.The design of skin flap and the operative method were discussed.
