摘要
采用岛津ＣＳ－９３０型双波长薄层扫描仪测定重阳木根、茎中的白桦脂酸含量。结果表明：根中的白桦脂酸含量明显高于茎中的白桦脂酸含量，为重阳木制剂的质量提供了测定方法。
Betulinic acid in the root and stem of Bischofia BI.was Quantitatively estimated by TLC-scanning.The results showed quantity of Betulinic acid was higher in root than in stem,these data can be used to evaluate its quality.
