推拿治疗痛经60例临床体会

Massage in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea:Chinical Study of 60 Cases

痛经是由于气血运行失调所致，治疗上根据＂通则不痛＂的机理，调理气血是治疗本病基本原则，推拿手法作用于体表及有关穴位具有调理气血，化瘀止痛之功，从而达到了治疗痛经的目的。本组６０例，经治疗痊愈４５例，好转１２例，无效３例。总有效率９５％。推拿对本病是行之有效的外治法，可达立竿见影之疗效。

Dysmenorrhea is mostly caused by the disorders of Qi and blood circulation.Based on the theory of,unobstruction has no pain,the regulation of Qi and blood is considered as the principle of the treatment of dysmenorrhea.The manipulation of massage which acts on the related points has the effects of regulating Qi and blood,removing blood stasis and relieving pain and is good for the treatment of dysmenorrhea.In 60 cases,45 cases were cured,12 cases were improved and 3 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 95%.Therefore,massage is one of the effective external therapies for the disease,which can get instant results.
