50例冠心病某些生化基础观测的临床诊断意义

Clinical Significance of Observation of Biochemical Basis in 50 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease

对５０例冠心病患者进行某些生化基础观测，发现冠心病肾阴虚与糖耐量减低有关，肾阳虚患者尿１７－羟低於正常；而冠心病标证有其生化基础，与甘油三酯增高有密切相关。

Some of the biochemichal basis were observed on 50 cases of coronary heart disease.The result found that,in the foundamental syndromes of coronary heart disease,the kidney-yin deficiency was related to the reduce of glucose tolerance.The unine 17-hydroxys-teroid in kidney-yang deficiency was lower than normal ones.Besides,the incidental syndromes were closely related to the increase of triglyceride.
