摘要
通过时K+、Na+Cl-、SO-H2O系统相图的分析与工艺计算,制定用分步法由硫酸钠转化氯分钾制取硫酸钾工艺流程。在实验室条件下制得符合肥料级的硫酸钾产品,并回收副产物氯化钠。过程中无废物排放。
The process for preparing potassium sulfate by treating potassium chloride with Sodium Sulfate is developed by an analysid of K+.Na+ Cl-.SO_4 ̄2-H_2O phase graph and process calculation.Under laboratory conditions fertilizer grade potassium sulfate is prepared and sodium chloride by-product is recovered.There is no waste emanating in the process.
