Discusses electrical contact system with local damping layer in the autocontrol electrical apparatue.The calculated result shows that effect of disappance vibration and reducing noise are greater than a rule of Ref[4].Therefore,this paper provides a better basis of the theory for the analysis and study of the processing method and the design of the new products.
